Instructions:
Country teams will conduct a SWOT analysis as part of the Capstone Projects:

  1. Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats

  2. Develop mitigation or engagement strategies

  3. Present recommendations for implementation planning

As the group exercise during the virtual session, an example project will be used to facilitate the cohort to work through these steps together.
